WasLead does not control availability, pricing, policies, API changes, account decisions or enforcement actions made by Meta.
Meta may modify, restrict or discontinue its APIs or functionality. Such changes may affect WasLead functionality.
WasLead is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
5. Messaging responsibilities
You are responsible for the messages and communications sent through your business accounts.
You must ensure that your use of WasLead and connected messaging services complies with:
- applicable law;
- contractual obligations;
- applicable platform policies;
- consent and notice requirements;
- marketing and anti-spam requirements.
You must not use WasLead to facilitate unsolicited messaging, fraud, deception, harassment or unlawful communications.
6. Customer data
As between WasLead and the subscribing business, the business retains its rights in the customer data and business content it provides to WasLead.
You grant WasLead the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyse, organise, transform, display and back up such data solely as necessary to provide, secure and improve the contracted service and comply with applicable obligations.
Our processing practices are described in the WasLead Privacy Policy.
7. Artificial intelligence
WasLead may use artificial intelligence to analyse authorised information and generate summaries, classifications, extracted business details, priority recommendations, suggested next actions, reply drafts, and forecasts or analytical indicators.
AI output may contain errors.
Unless a feature is expressly configured and authorised for automated execution, AI-generated drafts should be reviewed by an authorised user before being acted upon.
You remain responsible for business decisions, messages, prices, commitments, offers and other actions taken using WasLead.
WasLead does not provide legal, financial, accounting, investment or tax advice.
8. Automated actions
Some WasLead features may allow a customer to configure automated actions. Where you enable automation, you are responsible for:
- defining appropriate rules;
- reviewing configuration;
- ensuring lawful use;
- monitoring results;
- disabling automation when necessary.
WasLead may impose safeguards, limits or approval requirements on automated functionality.
9. Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Availability may be affected by maintenance, internet or telecommunications failures, cloud infrastructure, Meta or other third-party APIs, security incidents, force majeure, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Third-party services
Features may depend on third-party products such as WhatsApp, Instagram, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence providers, transcription providers, payment processors and analytics providers.
Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and policies. We are not responsible for decisions or failures solely controlled by those third parties.
11. Fees and subscriptions
WasLead plans and prices are displayed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated: subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis; applicable taxes may be added; fees charged by third-party platforms may be separate from WasLead subscription fees; plan limits and included functionality may vary.
Where prices are displayed in AED for convenience while billing occurs in another currency, the checkout information governs the amount actually charged.
12. Trials and promotional access
WasLead may offer trials, pilots, free onboarding periods or promotional access. We may change or end promotional programmes according to the terms presented with the offer. A trial does not guarantee continued free access.

- violate third-party rights;
- impersonate another person or business;
- send unlawful or unauthorised bulk communications;
- distribute malware;

- scrape or harvest information unlawfully;
- circumvent platform restrictions;
- interfere with WasLead infrastructure;
- reverse engineer protected components except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the service to facilitate fraud, abuse or deceptive practices.
14. Suspension
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse, respond to suspected unlawful conduct, comply with law or platform requirements, prevent harm to other customers or third parties, address non-payment, or investigate a material breach of these Terms.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the problem.
15. Termination
You may stop using WasLead and request account closure. On termination, access to the service may end, connected integrations may be disconnected, outstanding fees remain payable, and customer information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable retention obligations.
Information may be exported before termination where the relevant feature is available.

18. Confidentiality
Each party should protect non-public information received from the other party that a reasonable business person would understand to be confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is already public through no breach, was lawfully known independently, was lawfully received from another source, or must be disclosed by law.
19. Data protection
Where WasLead processes personal data on behalf of a business customer, additional data processing terms may apply. A Data Processing Agreement may be made available to business customers where appropriate.
20. Disclaimers

21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising solely from use of the service, including loss of anticipated profits, where such exclusion is legally permitted.
Any limitation in these Terms does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Specific enterprise agreements may contain different liability provisions.
22. Indemnity for unlawful customer use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, a business customer is responsible for claims resulting from its unlawful use of WasLead, its unauthorised connection of third-party assets, or content and instructions supplied by that customer.
